Omni Royal in New Orleans, Louisiana

One of several hotels located in the French Quarter and certainly one of the most luxurious, Omni Royal Orleans is a long time 4-diamond award winner and is an ideal choice for visitors who wish to be in the middle of all the action. Just steps from all the French Quarter attractions and within close proximity of other New Orleans sights, the Omni Royal stands out as a gem in a city that so recently suffered much tragedy.

There are a total of 346 guest rooms and suites at this luxury establishment and all are tastefully appointed in 19th Century-style furnishings, many with French- and Creole-inspired accents. Guest rooms are divided into three categories. The Deluxe rooms include one queen or two twin beds, some with views of the St. Louis Cathedral and Royal Street. The Premium Rooms are similar but with larger beds, and the Premier Rooms include one king bed with a French Quarter View. Some of the Premier rooms include balconies.

Petite suites are similar in amenities but smaller than the one-bedroom units.  Jacuzzi Suites include a combination bedroom and sitting area and a large bathroom with a two-person Jacuzzi tub. The hotel also has two premium suites: The Royal Suite, which is 750 square-feet in size and includes a separate living room, separate dining area with bar and 6-person table, a master bedroom with four-poster bed, and 1.5 baths; and The Penthouse Suite, 850 square-feet with an elegant foyer, private balcony, Jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, wet bar, and dining area. In-room amenities for all guestrooms include robes, safes, hairdryers, coffee makers, and large desks.
