Renaissance Arts Hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana
Situated in an historic warehouse that was built in 1910, the Renaissance Arts Hotel New Orleans is a member of the Marriott family of hotels and inns. Dubbed a “boutique” hotel, this lodging establishment sits in the middle of the city’s so-called Arts District and is close to the busy New Orleans Convention Center and not far from the French Quarter and other notable tourist sites.
There are 210 guest rooms and seven suites at this hotel, which is quite contemporary in style and even boasts its own on-site art gallery. The rooms are decorated in bright fabrics and are fairly minimalist in style though still quite attractive. Guests can choose from a standard room with one king, two queen, or two double beds. Bedding configurations are the same as for standard rooms. Suites include one king bed and a sofa bed in the separate living area. Guests who book a suite also have access to the Club Lounge and its amenities.

Numerous other restaurants are situated within a short distance of the Renaissance Arts Hotel, including famous Galatoire’s and Emeril’s New Orleans.
For those seeking event spaces, there are 12 meeting rooms at this hotel. The largest is about 4,000 square-feet in size and can seat 400 people conference-style. High speed internet access is available in all the meeting rooms and other amenities can be arranged, including the rental of audio visual equipment and catering.
The hotel also welcomes those who wish to hold their wedding here and offers several different packages ranging from dessert buffets to full-course, sit-down dinners. An onsite wedding planner can assist with all the details including locating florists, photographers, musicians, clergy, and more.
